Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support UnsaidTalks’ mentorship and learning platforms. Day-to-day tasks include building responsive front-end interfaces, implementing secure and scalable back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring smooth data flow across the system. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and mentorship teams to translate user needs into technical solutions, optimizing application performance, and participating in code reviews and testing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional team members and active involvement in product improvements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, with knowledge of server-side languages, frameworks, and RESTful API design.
Proven capability in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, including designing, building, and deploying web applications.
Solid understanding of web architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control (e.g., Git), and basic security best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from concept to delivery.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Interest in education, mentorship, and building tools that improve student career outcomes is highly beneficial.
