Skills/ Job expertise needed:
Enterprise level support and administration focused specifically on:
SQL performance and tuning optimization, Clustering, Always On Availability groups, High Availability, Core SQL +Migration, on-premises and cloud.
SQL Server on IaaS experience on Azure/ Other public cloud required.
All versions of SQL Server (2012 and onwards)
Solving performance problems, query tuning, and optimization
Architectural experience for Data Platform
Architecting for High Availability and Disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always on Availability groups
Azure data factory, Azure SQLDB, Azure SQLDB Managed Instance, Azure Synapse knowledge is a plus.
Delivering and/or authoring technical training
SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, Analysis Services
Power BI experience and knowledge are a plus.
Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.
Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role.
