About the Role
Pragsys.Ai Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Embedded IoT
Engineer – Freshers to join our Engineering and R&D team.
The candidate will work on the development of embedded systems, IoT devices, sensors,
automation solutions, and connected products, while gaining practical exposure to hardware
and software integration.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in designing and developing embedded and IoT-based systems.
● Develop basic firmware using Embedded C/C++.
● Work with development boards such as ESP32, Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.
● Interface sensors, actuators, relays, displays, motors, and other electronic components.
● Work with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, Modbus, MQTT,
and HTTP.
● Assist in developing Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM/4G, LoRa, and other wireless IoT
applications.
● Collect, transmit, and monitor sensor data.
● Assist in connecting IoT devices with cloud platforms and dashboards.
● Perform hardware testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation.
● Assist senior engineers in developing prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.
● Maintain technical documentation and testing reports.
● Participate in R&D activities involving IoT, automation, AI, robotics, smart agriculture,
smart energy, and other emerging technologies.
Required Skills
● Basic knowledge of Embedded C/C++.
● Basic understanding of electronics and microcontrollers. ● Familiarity with Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
● Understanding of basic sensors, actuators, GPIO, ADC, PWM, etc.
● Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
● Basic understanding of IoT concepts and device-to-cloud communication.
● Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
● Willingness to learn new technologies and work on practical projects.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with knowledge or academic/project experience in any of the following will be
preferred:
● ESP32 / STM32 / Arduino
● Raspberry Pi
● MQTT / HTTP
● Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / LoRa
● Embedded Linux
● FreeRTOS
● PCB design
● Python
● Git/GitHub
● Cloud/IoT platforms

Eligibility
● B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical,
Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IoT, Embedded Systems, or related
fields.
● Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year experience are eligible.
● Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or personal IoT/embedded
projects are encouraged to apply.
