Salary: Annual package range from €100,000 to €200,000 (negotiable)
Main Purpose of the Role
Senior Channel Sales Manager, Dealer Network is responsible for developing, managing, and improving SANY’s dealer network in Norway, while contributing to business growth across the Nordic region. The role focuses on dealer development, sales performance, relationship management, market expansion, and ensuring alignment with SANY’s commercial and operational standards. This position primarily focuses on excavator products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and serve as the main point of contact for dealer-related matters.
Support dealers in sales development, business planning, and operational improvement.
Provide guidance, tools, and coordination to help dealers improve performance and represent SANY effectively in the market.
2. Sales Performance and Business Growth
Drive sales growth through the dealer network and support the achievement of regional sales targets.
Set, monitor, and review dealer performance metrics, including sales results, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement action plans for underperforming dealers and support continuous performance improvement.
3. Sales and Marketing Support
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to equip dealers with relevant tools, materials, and commercial support.
Plan and coordinate product training, dealer events, promotional activities, and other market-facing initiatives.
Support the execution of local sales and marketing activities to improve market visibility and dealer effectiveness.
4. Market Intelligence and Reporting
Collect and share market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, market trends, and dealer performance.
Provide regular reports and updates on dealer network development, commercial progress, and key business risks and opportunities.
Support internal stakeholders with relevant business insights from the Finnish and Nordic markets.
Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in sales, dealer management, channel development, or business development, preferably within heavy equipment or machinery.
Strong experience in working with dealer or distributor networks.
Good commercial understanding, with the ability to drive sales growth through indirect channels.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a regional role and coordinate with international stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within Norway and the Nordic region as required.
Fluent English is required. Norwegian and/or Swedish would be an advantage.
