based Marketer — Remote (Full-time, CET-friendly)

This is a full-time, remote role for a marketing generalist operating on a CET-friendly schedule, for a based marketer. Who's that?
A based marketer loves advertising and would've fought tooth and nail to be there to write "One is enough" for that Tylenol ad. Our based marketer knows how to write a great headline but also how to write a simple communications plan, spreadsheets don't scare them, but ineffective communications that don't build mental availability - do scare them.
Being anti-AI (if we're paying more than $20/month, we expect more than $20 in value) and a little unhinged (negotiable) with their ideas is welcome - there is no greater service to our clients than making them famous through entertainment.
Our marketer might like to do have constructive input on art direction, but also enjoys being part of the media and creative team discussions.
For our based marketer there is no bigger satisfaction than producing good work and see it move the needle for our clients.
A C1+ English with deep insights into culture would be great.
