Tech for Social Good Program Management Senior Associate

As a Program Manager on the Tech for Social Good (TFSG) team, you will support our mission of driving impact in communities through the skills of JPMorganChase’s tech workforce. We leverage the skilled volunteerism of our tech employees to build tech capacity for socially focused organizations and create tech educational opportunities to engage and inspire students. TFSG partners with various stakeholders across the firm, including HR, Corporate Responsibility, Communications/Marketing, and Legal to serve communities and technology staff across our 24 global technology center locations.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with lead program managers to deliver TFSG's technology capacity-building programs for nonprofits across EMEA, supporting end-to-end program management and leveraging employee expertise through technology implementation (e.g., Force for Good program), consultation, and education initiatives.
Coordinate program execution by managing project plans, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, status reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery against program objectives.
Track, analyze, and report program data, outputs, outcomes, and impact, leveraging insights and participant feedback to inform continuous improvement and program innovation.
Develop presentations, reports, business cases, and impact storytelling materials for internal and external stakeholders, partnering with communications and marketing teams to showcase program outcomes.
Build and manage relationships with nonprofit partners, volunteers, and internal stakeholders, facilitating ongoing communications, training, and engagement to ensure successful program delivery and achievement of project goals.
Maintain adherence to risk, controls, governance, and data management requirements, identifying and escalating issues and risks as appropriate.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to program delivery and nonprofit technology needs.
Travel within EMEA to support stakeholder engagement and the in-person execution of programs and events.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and a results-oriented approach, with the ability to identify, manage, and appropriately escalate risks and issues.
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and communicate compelling, audience-appropriate recommendations.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
2+ years of experience supporting project and/or program management activities, including planning, execution, resource coordination, risk management, and status reporting within a large, matrixed organization.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience working with socially focused organizations (nonprofits, social enterprises, schools, etc.) Some technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is preferred.
