Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Anand. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, including site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and related infrastructure components. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical analysis and calculations, assisting with project planning, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other consultants, and ensuring adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulations. The role involves performing site visits, monitoring construction activities, validating work against design specifications, and resolving technical issues as they arise. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance, while supporting senior team members in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including ability to develop, review, and optimize structural and infrastructure plans.
Planning skills, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination of design and construction activities.
Stormwater Management skills, including design and analysis of drainage systems, runoff control, and related infrastructure.
Professional Civil Engineer experience, including familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and basic structural and hydraulic analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Ability to conduct site inspections, interpret drawings on-site, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
