Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for a MERN Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and database management using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker deployment. Exposure to React.js for frontend integration and prior experience handling client communications will be a strong advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, client interaction experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Node.js and Express.js.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Hands on Experience ERP/CRM Developement
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and version control (Git).
Working knowledge of React.js for frontend integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in client interactions and project discussions.
