About the Role
We are looking for a Academic Consultant to guide and assist prospective students in choosing the right courses based on their interests and career goals. The role involves counselling students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.
Explain courses, curriculum, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
Address student queries and provide accurate information about courses.
Schedule counselling sessions and follow-ups.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams when required.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
