QBID Infotech is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Jaipur.
Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Jaipur – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Handle multiple IT requirements and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical hiring and IT roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good communication and candidate management skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
Experience in C2C/C2H or staff augmentation recruitment will be an added advantage.
Exposure to technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise technologies is preferred.
