Job Description:
Instrucko is seeking passionate and dedicated Offline Public Speaking Instructors to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate public speaking lessons to children aged 3 to 15 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality public speaking sessions tailored to various age groups and learning levels.
Design and adapt engaging lesson plans focusing on speech delivery, confidence building, articulation, storytelling, and body language.
Encourage participation through debates, speeches, presentations, and creative speaking activities.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their communication and presentation skills.
Maintain clear and professional communication with both students and parents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, English, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching public speaking or communication skills to young learners (online experience preferred).
Strong command of spoken English and excellent presentation skills.
Exceptional communication, engagement, and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.
