💰 STIPEND: ₹3,000 PER MONTH (FIXED)
⏰ WORKING HOURS: 4–5 HOURS PER DAY
🕚 AVAILABILITY: BETWEEN 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💻 WORK MODE: REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME
We are looking for a proactive, efficient, and well-organized HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment and HR operations.
If you have excellent English communication skills, are comfortable speaking with candidates, and can take ownership of tasks, this role could be a great opportunity for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle the recruitment process for interns and other hiring requirements.
• Source and reach out to potential candidates.
• Conduct the first round of interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, eligibility, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate with candidates for subsequent interview rounds.
• Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and other relevant channels.
• Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.
• Coordinate and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker with details of all candidates contacted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and onboarded.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintain proper recruitment records.
• Coordinate with managers regarding candidate requirements, interview feedback, and onboarding.
• Take regular feedback from managers regarding the performance of interns/team members.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to ensure recruitment and onboarding timelines are met.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and requirements as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal

✅ Proactive and responsible approach to work
✅ Good time-management and organizational skills
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✅ Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and maintaining trackers
✅ Comfortable making calls and conducting initial interviews
✅ Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment
✅ Prior HR/recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory
