Business Analyst

Manipal Business Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support product and solution development for the banking, financial services, and fintech sector. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into clear requirements, support product roadmap planning, analyse processes, and help take solutions to market.
ROLE AT A GLANCE• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (on-site)• Employment: Full-time• Experience: At least 3 years• Qualification: B.Tech or MBA• Notice period: Immediate or within 15 days
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and implementation.• Gather and clarify requirements from key clients and internal stakeholders; develop functional specifications, workflows, and business requirement models.• Document and analyse business processes, identify gaps, and support solution design and delivery.• Prepare product research and planning documents, marketing collateral, positioning, and messaging.• Coordinate with development and marketing communications teams to take solutions to market; support product demonstrations and go-to-market execution.• Assess potential partner relationships and present relevant business trends and opportunities to mid- and senior-level management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE• Sound understanding of at least two areas among Banking and Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, and Application Security.• Ability to translate ideas and requirements into clear functional documents and process flows.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and client-handling skills.• Technical understanding, experience working with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with software engineering methods across the software development life cycle.
