Als First Level User Support bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere User und sorgst dafür, dass technische Probleme schnell und professionell gelöst werden.
Deine Aufgaben
Bearbeitung von Incidents & Service Requests über ServiceNow
Analyse und Lösung von User-Anfragen im First Level Support
Support im Microsoft 365-Umfeld (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive etc.)
Unterstützung bei Azure / Entra ID und Microsoft Intune
Strukturierte Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Tickets
Zusammenarbeit mit Second & Third Level Support sowie IT Engineers
Das bringst du mit
Erste Erfahrung im IT Support, Service Desk oder Helpdesk
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365
Grundkenntnisse in Azure / Entra ID
ServiceNow- oder Intune-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As a First Level User Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for our users and help ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Your responsibilities
Handling Incidents & Service Requests via ServiceNow
Analysing and resolving user requests at First Level Support
Providing support in the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Supporting user accounts, access and permissions in Azure / Entra ID
Providing support and troubleshooting in Microsoft Intune
Documenting and tracking tickets in a structured manner
Escalating more complex issues to Second & Third Level Support
Working closely with IT Engineers and specialised IT teams
What you bring
Initial professional experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of Azure / Entra ID
Experience with ServiceNow or Intune is a plus
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
