Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Motion Graphic Artist and Video Editor. The role involves conceptualizing and producing motion graphics and 2D animation for digital campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and brand storytelling. The team member will develop storyboards, design visual elements, animate graphics, and edit video content to align with creative briefs and marketing objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists, ensuring brand consistency, managing project timelines, and preparing final assets optimized for various digital platforms. The role may also involve contributing creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and staying current with industry trends and animation techniques.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create dynamic, engaging visual content.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Storyboarding, including visual concept development and layout planning for video and animation projects.
Candidates should possess skills in 2D Animation, with experience in character, text, and icon animation for digital marketing assets.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent software.
Solid understanding of video editing principles, pacing, transitions, sound synchronization, and export formats for web and social media.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs into effective motion content.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Relevant education or training in Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is an advantage.
