Role Description The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for salon, spa, and support roles, ensuring staffing needs are met in line with business growth. On a day-to-day basis, the Recruiter will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and manage offer negotiations. The role includes maintaining talent pipelines, updating recruitment records, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruiter will also participate in employer branding initiatives and community outreach to attract qualified candidates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare environments.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Familiarity with basic HR practices, applicant tracking tools, and recruitment reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and collaborating across teams.
