About the role
PEP Schoolv2 is looking for a Toddler Educator who is calm, observant, patient, and deeply interested in early childhood development.
You will work in a prepared environment where toddlers are supported to build independence, language, movement, confidence, and social-emotional foundations at their own pace.
Montessori training is preferred but not mandatory — we will train and mentor the right candidate.
What you will do
Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, child-centred environment
Observe each child closely and respond to developmental needs
Present activities with care and guide children towards independence
Support development across language, movement, practical life, early math, and social-emotional growth
Communicate thoughtfully with parents
Collaborate with the team and continue developing your Montessori practice
