About Role
We’re looking for an HR Associate who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on exposure to different areas of HR. This role will involve a mix of employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment support, performance management, and day-to-day people-related activities.
You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and the leadership team to ensure things run smoothly across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding new team members to handling HR processes, employee concerns, documentation, and engagement initiatives, you’ll get to work across the HR function.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Supporting the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Coordinating onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR processes
Working closely with employees and managers on HR-related requirements
Supporting performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee development initiatives
Planning and driving employee engagement activities
Maintaining HR records, trackers, and employee databases
Supporting recruitment and interview coordination whenever required
Assisting with HR policies, processes, and documentation
Handling employee concerns and ensuring timely resolution
Managing multiple HR activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Who We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
Good understanding of basic HR processes and employee lifecycle
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Comfortable handling confidential employee information
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior HR experience or internship experience is a plus
Immediate joiners preferred
