About the Role
Agents Only Technologies is seeking detail-oriented Thai Data Annotators (Tier 2) to support multilingual rubric development, content evaluation, and data operations projects. This role is responsible for reviewing, analysing, and evaluating Thai and English content while maintaining quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
You will work with detailed rubric guidelines, assess AI-generated responses, and support project workflows that require strong analytical skills, accuracy, and sound judgement. Work covers formal and everyday Thai, including politeness levels, transliteration conventions, and specialised professional terminology. Projects may involve specialised content across domains such as Legal, Finance, Healthcare, and other professional subject areas.

Responsibilities
Content Evaluation and Annotation
Review, analyse, and evaluate Thai and English content according to project guidelines.
Apply detailed multilingual rubrics to assess AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Identify, classify, and categorise information based on established criteria.
Apply annotation and rubric standards consistently across assigned tasks.
Document findings and provide supporting rationale when required.
Identify supporting evidence within content and record findings appropriately.
Escalate unclear, ambiguous, or complex cases when appropriate.
Handle project-related information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Quality and Process Compliance
Follow detailed instructions and established workflows.
Perform quality checks and validation prior to task submission.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
Identify recurring issues and flag them appropriately.
Contribute to maintaining reliable and high-quality project outputs.
Qualifications
Required
Professional-level proficiency in Thai.
Apply Thai politeness levels and register conventions accurately in evaluation judgements.
Handle transliteration, loanwords, and specialised Thai terminology consistently.
Working proficiency in English, with strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher. Degree certification may be required as part of the qualification process.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
