Risk Management Coordinator

Job Description
Every consultancy has clients who ask the same underlying question in different ways: what could go wrong, and how exposed are we really. At Climate Inc, that question runs through everything we do, from climate risk registers to sustainability disclosures that lenders and regulators actually scrutinize.
We're hiring a Risk Management Coordinator to help keep that work organized and moving. This isn't a role about predicting the future. It's about making sure risk data, documentation, and timelines across client engagements are accurate, current, and actually usable by the people making decisions.
You'll work closely with consultants across our ESG, climate risk, and sustainable finance teams, based across Cairo, California, and Singapore.
What you'll do:
Maintain and update risk registers and tracking documentation across client engagements
Coordinate deadlines and deliverables between internal teams and clients
Support consultants in organizing risk data ahead of client reporting
Flag gaps or inconsistencies in risk documentation before they become client-facing problems
Required:
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working with structured data and documentation systems
Clear, professional written communication
Helpful but not required:
Background in risk management, compliance, finance, or sustainability
Experience with project coordination or client-facing work
Familiarity with ESG or climate risk concepts
This is a remote, full-time position.
