Position: Manager – Business Development
Job Location: 1. Delhi/ North India
2. Vapi/Daman/Silvassa
3. Mumbai
Salary: As per Industry standards depending on Experience & Exposure in the relevant field
Requirements:
CIPET /B.Tech/Diploma in Polymers, Plastics
Candidates preferred from above locations
A minimum of 5 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Selling Masterbatches, Compounds to processors & convertors.
Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections.
Understanding of Plastic Processing techniques.
Fluency both in English & local language.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues
Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
Timely customer support for trials and development
Travel extensively in the region for business activities
