Role Description The Social Media Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for managing ZARTWALK’s presence across key social media platforms. On a day-to-day basis, this role plans and publishes posts, writes captions, and adapts content to each channel’s audience and format. The Social Media Manager monitors engagement, responds to comments and messages, and supports community interaction in a timely, professional manner. This role also assists with content strategy, optimizes posts for reach and performance using SMO best practices, and tracks basic metrics to inform future campaigns. Collaboration with other team members for content planning, brand consistency, and campaign execution will be a regular part of the job.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan calendars, align content with goals, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
Experience using major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team is important.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, and familiarity with visual content tools (e.g., Canva or similar), is an advantage.
