Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
:Manage and supervise daily hotel operations.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and manage hotel staff effectively.
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall hotel standards.
Ensure proper implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and staff management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Tamil.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest-handling abilities.
Candidates with relevant hotel operations experience will be preferred.
Salary upto 30k CTC
