The Role
Opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager to manage a major Top 4 grocery account within a high-performing customer team.
Full ownership of a significant P&L, driving revenue, market share and profitability across a strategically important customer.
Lead Joint Business Planning, promotional strategy, pricing and commercial negotiations to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Full account ownership, including forecasting, budgeting and delivery of account plans.
Build and maintain strong buyer and senior stakeholder relationships through insight-led selling.
Identify and unlock growth opportunities across distribution, rate of sale and profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver sustainable growth.
Manage all key commercial levers, including pricing, promotions and trade investment.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing major UK grocery accounts within a branded FMCG environment.
Strong commercial operator with experience managing sizeable and complex P&Ls.
Confident negotiator with a strong understanding of retailer dynamics, pricing and promotional strategy.
Analytical and insight-led, with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
Agile, resilient and comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-growth environment.
Package & Additional Information
Up to £60k base, with £6k car allowance plus 10% annual bonus.
