FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (F/M/D)

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:
Executing monthly financial reports preparation of the Company
Supporting to coordinate and manage the preparation of the budget and monthly variance reports
Monitoring, reporting and analyzing of key financial and operational indicators, giving recommendations for further optimization activities
Managing ad hoc financial analyses and making presentations
Participating in Group projects related to accounting, reporting, tax and overall Finance functions
Participating in Group and local audit processes
Managing key stakeholder expectations (both business and finance)
Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
3+ year of finance or audit experience in energy sector
Excellent English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)
Proficient in MS Office programs, Power BI (advantage)
Knowledge of IFRS, CIMA/ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
Result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve
