CTRLRoom Systems is looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of political digital campaigns and client projects.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple political and digital communication projects from planning to execution.
* Coordinate with Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Video, Research and Field Teams.
* Create project timelines, task lists and daily/weekly execution plans.
* Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
* Coordinate with clients, political teams and internal teams.
* Track campaign activities, deadlines and pending tasks.
* Conduct regular team follow-ups and resolve execution bottlenecks.
* Manage campaign requirements during rallies, events, public meetings and important political activities.
* Prepare project status updates and performance reports.
* Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.

* Professional Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory
.* Punjab-based candidates only
.* Strong understanding of Punjab’s social and political environment
.* Excellent communication, coordination and team-management skills
.* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
.* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
.* Experience in political consulting, digital marketing, social media, advertising or campaign management is preferred
.* Freshers may apply if they demonstrate exceptional coordination and project-management skills
