Our client is a successful travel company based in Florida and they are seeking a Travel Product Coordinator to join their team. The role will be to enhance product performance including cruise, air, hotels, insurance, tours and more. This is a Monday to Friday role either remote or hybrid with a salary of USD45,000.
Travel Product Coordinator responsibilities:
Own product backlog and prioritise enhancements aligned to ROI and commercial goals
Improve booking workflows to boost advisor productivity and online conversion
Use analytics to guide roadmap decisions and performance improvements
Enhance cruise, hotel, air and vacation tools
Drive cross?sell, upsell, attachment rate and average order value
Increase online booking usage and reduce support tickets
Partner closely with technology, supply, marketing and commercial teams
Travel Product Coordinator skills required:
Experience working in product
Experience in travel, travel technology, ecommerce, or consumer platforms
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Familiarity with cruise, hotel, air or package products (preferred)
