Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Celebrity Artist Manager to join our on-site team in Bandra. The position involves managing artist schedules, negotiating contracts, maintaining professional relationships with clients and artists, and overseeing event logistics. The candidate will act as a point of contact between the company, the artists, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless event execution process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating promotional activities, developing artist marketing strategies, and expanding the artist network.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills for schedule management and event coordination
Experience in contract negotiation and client relationship management
Proficiency in marketing, brand management, and promotional activities
Communication skills and the ability to network with artists and stakeholders
Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and entertainment industry trends
Ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entertainment Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in artist or celebrity management is a significant advantage
