Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment for medical professionals (physicians, nursing specialists, healthcare executives, and allied health staff) across European markets.
Source candidates using advanced search strategies, professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Maintain clean data and candidate tracking within our ATS/CRM platform.
Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through placement and onboarding.
Requirements
Medical Recruitment Experience (Mandatory): Direct recruitment experience within healthcare, clinical staffing, or pharmaceuticals in Europe.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, French or Scandinavian languages) are a strong advantage.
Proven Track Record: History of successful placements and candidate pipeline management in specialized industries.
Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial: Comfort working on a pure commission model with an independent, results-oriented mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.
