Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for AI and software development services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with technical and marketing teams to shape solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and represent Myra Technolabs in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, drive deals, and maintain ongoing relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including spoken and written, to engage prospects, deliver presentations, and negotiate agreements.
Prior experience in B2B IT services, software development, or AI-focused solutions sales is highly beneficial.
Ability to work with CRM tools, analyze sales data, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong problem-solving mindset, networking ability, and willingness to learn about emerging AI and digital transformation technologies.
