Experience: Fresher – 0- 6 months
Salary: Upto 20K
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to network operations.
Collect and consolidate data from NMS, Billing Support System, tickets, customer complaints, and LCO/RailTel updates.
Track network outages, downtime, open/closed tickets, complaints, escalations, and TAT.
Monitor pending issues and coordinate with Network Engineers, RailTel, LCOs, and internal teams for timely closure.
Maintain accurate records and prepare management reports and dashboards.
Identify data discrepancies, recurring issues, and pending cases and highlight them to the concerned team.
Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all MIS reports.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, basic formulas, and data analysis.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and NMS is preferred.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports.
0–6 months experience in MIS, NOC, Network Operations, or a similar role.
