No Billable hour target: The firm focuses on revenue as opposed to billable targets; relieving the pressure of the Billable target other firms hang over your head!
Transparent Pathway to Partnership: Partnership progression based on receipts, loyalty and results; with increased earning potential through profit sharing available!
The Role
Manage Workers' Compensation Claims from Intake Through Resolution: Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation matters, providing strategic guidance from initial claim evaluation through settlement, hearing, or appeal.
Deliver High-Impact Legal Analysis and Case Strategy: Analyze Medical Records, Employment Information, Statutory Requirements, and case law to develop proactive, results-driven defense and litigation strategies.
Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions with precision, ensuring alignment with case strategy and client objectives.
Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, claims professionals, and third-party administrators
