Creative Designer (Learning and Development) with German

We are currently looking for the Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid role. We come to the office once a week at Opolska 112 street.
The ideal candidate has solid professional experience in talent acquisition / recruitment and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. You will work for Germany & Austria market.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional who can independently manage responsibilities and contribute to efficient planning operations.
Responsibilities:
Template Design: Develop and edit templates (PPT, PDF, Canva, ServiceNow Article) for eLearning, training, meetings, and after-work.
E‑learning Production: Develop and design e-Learning modules to ensure that they work smoothly; perform operational creation and updates of e‑learning content; manage storyboards, vendor briefs, and LMS implementation.
Graphics and Layouts: Create graphics and layouts for PowerPoint presentations, product illustrations, digital banners, e-mails, collateral, newsletters, social media creatives, web layouts, etc.
Visual Design: Conceptualize slides, displays, and templates into visually appealing designs to ensure maximum engagement. Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines, deadlines, and latest design standards.
Systems Used: LMS, Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Graphics/Motion Graphics, ServiceNow, SharePoint, M365, ARIBA, Reporting Centre, and Excel.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Strong knowledge of eLearning and graphic design systems such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications for video editing, interactive media, Vyond, Canva, etc.
