Role Description The Project Manager Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery for kitchen solutions and related business initiatives. In this role, the individual will plan project scope and timelines, define milestones, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams including design, production, sales, and installation. The Business Project Manager will track progress against objectives, manage risks and issues, and ensure that projects meet quality, budget, and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder communication, status reporting, process documentation, and implementing improvements to business processes and project workflows. The role also involves working closely with leadership to align projects with business strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
A professional with 7–12 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, or construction projects, capable of managing builder relationships, coordinating sales-to-installation workflows, and executing 200–400+ kitchen orders within committed timelines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Educational Background
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering) preferred
Diploma in Engineering with strong project execution experience can also be suitable
MBA (Operations/Project Management) is an added advantage preferrable from IIM.
