We are looking for an AI Engineer to help us research, build, test and implement practical AI solutions across our business.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and integrating AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automation, information processing and digital product capabilities.
You will work with business teams and software developers to identify practical applications for AI and convert these opportunities into reliable technology solutions.
The role may involve LLM applications, AI agents, document processing, information extraction, classification, workflow automation, recommendation systems and AI-assisted business processes.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging technology while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, security and real-world business value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI-powered applications
Build AI workflows and automation systems
Work with large language models and AI APIs
Develop prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
Build document-processing and information-extraction solutions
Integrate AI functionality into existing applications
Develop AI agents and workflow automation where appropriate
Evaluate AI models and technologies
Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency and reliability
Develop methods for monitoring AI performance
Work with structured and unstructured data
Collaborating with backend, frontend and data engineers
Identify opportunities for AI automation across business processes
Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions
Maintain technical documentation
Monitor and troubleshoot AI applications
Consider data privacy and security requirements
Stay informed about developments in AI technologies
Help establish responsible and practical AI development standards
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an AI engineer who is practical, curious and technically strong.
You should be interested in applying AI to real business problems rather than focusing only on theoretical research.
You should also be comfortable working in a rapidly changing technology environment where new tools and approaches are continuously being evaluated.
Essential Experience and Skills
Experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering or a related field
Strong Python programming skills
Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
Experience working with APIs and LLMs and generative AI
Understanding of prompt engineering
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of software development principles
Ability to test and evaluate AI outputs
Understanding of data privacy and security considerations
Strong communication skills
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with OpenAI and other leading LLM APIs, including their integration into practical business applications.
A solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its underlying architecture.
Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies, including embeddings and vector retrieval.
Practical exposure to building AI agents capable of handling multi-step tasks, decision-making and automated workflows.
Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries used to develop, train, evaluate or integrate intelligent models.
Exposure to cloud-based AI services and infrastructure, including platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
Understanding document intelligence technologies and AI-based document processing.
Familiarity with OCR, data extraction and document-processing techniques for structured and unstructured data.
