We’re building PipelineIQ, a B2B CRM + Finance workspace based in Odense, Denmark—and we need developers to help build and improve the product.
Our focus is connecting the work around customer relationships, sales pipelines, financial workflows, and day-to-day operations. We’re looking for people who enjoy understanding a user’s problem and carrying a solution through to a working feature.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We welcome conversations with frontend, backend, and full-stack developers. Your focus will depend on your strengths and the product’s priorities.
You’ll work closely with the founder, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape how the product develops.
WHAT YOU COULD WORK ON
• Frontend development
Build clear, responsive interfaces that make complex workflows easier to understand. Improve navigation, forms, dashboards, and everyday interactions.
• Backend development and integrations
Develop the services, data flows, and integrations that support CRM and Finance workflows, with careful attention to reliability and error handling.
• Features from idea to release
Help clarify requirements, work through technical tradeoffs, implement solutions, and verify that they work for the people using them.
• Product quality
Investigate bugs, improve performance, and strengthen testing around important workflows.
• Engineering foundations
Contribute readable code, useful documentation, and practical development processes that help the team maintain and extend the product.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You can show work you’ve built and explain the decisions behind it. That might be professional experience, personal projects, open-source contributions, or a product you’ve launched yourself.
You’re comfortable taking ownership, asking questions when requirements are unclear, and communicating progress and blockers.
You care about usability, maintainable code, and handling customer data responsibly. You’re also comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities develop as we learn from customers.
Experience with SaaS products, CRM systems, financial workflows, or third-party integrations would be useful.
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-and-equity opportunity, with no fixed salary or hourly wage. We’ll discuss how commission applies to the engineering role, along with equity terms and expectations, during the application process.
LOCATION
Remote applications are welcome from Europe and the United States / Americas, with timezone compatibility for team collaboration.
