Audit Manager Us Audit Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Audit Manager with strong hands-on experience in US Hospital Audits. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in US Audit, along with the ability to lead audit engagements, review work, and coach and develop audit staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee US Hospital Audit engagements from planning through completion.
Perform and review audit procedures in accordance with US GAAS and applicable accounting standards.
Review audit workpapers and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with professional standards.
Lead and supervise audit teams, including assigning work and monitoring engagement progress.
Coach, train, and mentor staff to improve technical and audit skills.
Communicate effectively with engagement teams and clients regarding audit findings and requirements.
Identify audit issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support continuous improvement of audit processes and quality assurance.
Preferences:Must-Have Requirements
7–10 years of relevant US Audit experience.
Specific hands-on Hospital Audit experience within the healthcare segment is mandatory.
Candidates with only general healthcare experience but without relevant Hospital Audit experience will not be considered.
Strong experience in reviewing audit work and maintaining quality standards.
Proven ability to coach, train, and mentor audit staff.
Strong knowledge of US auditing standards and audit methodologies.
Willingness to work from Ahmedabad or Hyderabad.
Nice-to-Have
Active CPA License.
Valid US Visa and ability to travel to the US, if required.
Experience with Single Audits.
