Description
We are looking for a professional, proactive, and people-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role that combines recruitment, onboarding, and HR support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping processes organised and moving efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a positive candidate experience—from screening resumes and scheduling interviews to supporting new hires through onboarding and answering day-to-day HR questions.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, highly organised, and willing to step in wherever needed. The right person will be a strong communicator, a quick learner, and someone who takes ownership of their work while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Screen resumes received through Indeed and the company website.
Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Extend job offers and communicate next steps to successful candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Compliance
Guide new hires through the onboarding process.
Answer onboarding-related questions and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Download, organise, and file onboarding documentation accurately.
Complete background checks, healthcare checks, and certification verifications.
Follow up with candidates to ensure onboarding is completed promptly.
HR Support
Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, PTO, and general HR processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks that support the HR function.
Provide support wherever needed to help the team operate efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and approachable communication style.
High attention to detail when handling documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently while contributing as a team player.
Proactive, motivated, and willing to step in where needed.
