Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Tricentis Tosca Platform Architect / Engineering Lead to own the technical evolution of an enterprise on-premise Tosca platform. The role focuses on platform architecture, new feature adoption, AI capabilities, CI/CD integration, reusable automation frameworks, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture of the on-prem Tosca platform, including workspaces, repositories, DEX, engines, licensing, and scalability.
Evaluate new Tosca features, build POCs, and productionize capabilities.
Develop reusable Tosca modules, custom engines/controls, test libraries, and automation accelerators.
Implement Tosca AI Workspace, Autonomous Test Automation (ATA), and Tosca MCP integrations.
Define governance and guardrails for AI-generated test assets and data security.
Integrate Tosca with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, qTest, and ALM/defect tools.
Establish version control, branching, promotion, and release practices for automation assets.
Define platform standards, documentation, training, and enablement programs.
Track platform KPIs including automation coverage, execution time, asset reuse, adoption, and license utilization.
Provide L3 technical support for complex Tosca framework and automation issues.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years in Test Automation / QE.
6+ years hands-on Tricentis Tosca.
Experience leading an enterprise on-prem Tosca platform across multiple teams.
Strong knowledge of Tosca Commander, Modules & Scans, TestCase Design, Test Data Management, DEX, repositories, workspaces, and licensing.
Hands-on experience with Tosca AI Workspace, ATA, and Tosca MCP.
CI/CD integration with Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitLab.
API/service-layer automation and SQL.
Scripting with C#/VBScript and/or Python.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, VMs, and infrastructure.
Strong experience in technical enablement, standards, documentation, and adoption.
