Role Description The Information Technology Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and systems on a day-to-day basis in an on-site role located in Sahibabad. This is a full-time position responsible for managing servers, networks, hardware, and software to ensure stable and secure operations. The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and implementing upgrades and patches. The IT Manager will develop and enforce IT policies, data security protocols, and backup procedures, while supporting end users with technical assistance and training. The position also involves planning for future technology needs, managing IT budgets, and leading small projects to improve efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
Experience with system administration, data backup, disaster recovery, and information security practices.
Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and coordinating with external vendors or service providers.
Ability to plan and implement IT projects, manage timelines, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support and train users at different technical levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
Prior experience in an IT management or senior IT support role, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization.
Capacity to work on-site in Sahibabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional and inclusive manner.
