Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to final execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing layouts, mood boards, and design presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized on site. The role involves reviewing construction drawings, overseeing FF&E selection and installation, managing project timelines, and maintaining quality and budget adherence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring frequent presence at the studio and project locations.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design expertise, with demonstrated experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture-related coordination for interior projects.
Ability to develop and review detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and installation.
Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience mentoring junior designers and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
