We are looking for a Manager - Performance Marketing who:
Will manage a team of performance marketers and end-to-end client projects including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization, and reporting
Will be doing cross-platform ads analytics to keep growing each brand
Will be making structures to create a high performance eco-system
Will be closely working on E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram
Has prior hands-on experience in Google Ads management and Meta Ads, on performance-driven campaigns
Knows key metrics & amp; trackers for Google Ads optimization
Experience in handling Ads Management for brands of different industries
Is highly data-focussed in research and decision making
Other Requirements
Team handling experience is mandatory
Google Ads certification (Preferable)
Meta Ads experience is mandatory
Experience in LinkedIn and Amazon Ads is preferable
Experience of more than 4 years in an advertising / digital agency
Location: Shahpurjat, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
