15+ Years of experience with 10+ years in IT services in BFS domain
At least 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Partner role for BFS GCC customers.
Have proven track record of driving growth with healthy margins.
Rooted in Delhi NCR, understands the customer behavior and talent dynamics of this market
Have exceled in account operations – recruiting, governance, forecasting, revenue & profitability
Excellent communication skills for mature client and (internal) stakeholder communication
Proven ability to engage with the customers at both the domain and technology centric pursuits
Self driven individual who can independently drive both internal and external stakeholders
Understand the dynamics of matrix organizations and lead cross functional teams
