AB InBev India is looking to hire a Assistant Trade Marketing Manager for Beer Sales based out of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
What You'll Do ?
Promotions & Campaigns
Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with the channel visibility strategy.
Drive on-ground execution of channel development programs.
Manage promotional inventory and market assets effectively.
Stakeholder & Sales Partnership
Work closely with the Sales team to understand market requirements and enable brand activations.
Lead channel merchandisers to ensure strong execution across accounts.
Build and manage effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Consumer & Customer Engagement
Identify the right accounts for experiential-led sales initiatives.
Execute consumer engagement programs, brand activations, and tactical promotions.
Support activation of sponsorships, events, and nightlife initiatives.
Vendor Management
Partner and negotiate with vendors for promotional activities, events, brand activations, and high-quality merchandise.
Analytics & Reporting
Track promotional sales trends and translate data into actionable insights.
Conduct pre, during, and post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For?
MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed B-school.
2–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Mobility: Willingness to relocate across regions based on business requirements.
