Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This position is responsible for inspecting materials and finished products, performing routine tests, and documenting results to ensure compliance with defined quality standards. The specialist will monitor production processes, identify nonconformities, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions. Daily tasks include maintaining quality records, preparing reports, collaborating with production and maintenance teams, and supporting internal and external audits. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and consistent communication with supervisors and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control, with demonstrated experience in product inspection and testing.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support process standardization and continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and its application in day-to-day operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, including participation in internal audits and support for external inspections.
Relevant technical or science-based diploma/degree preferred (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality management).
Ability to read and interpret specifications, SOPs, and quality documentation; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintaining digital records; good written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage; knowledge of safety and compliance standards is beneficial.
