Talent Acquisition Associate

We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and support hiring across different functions at Phox Health. This role will primarily focus on the initial stages of recruitment — sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial conversations, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams
What You’ll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic fit, experience, communication, and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/tracker.
Support multiple open positions across different functions and priorities.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate Joiner Preferred. Experience hiring for technology, operations, logistics, healthcare will be an advantage.
