Landscape Architect

Role Description The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces, including preparing conceptual layouts, detailed drawings, and planting plans for a variety of project types. Day-to-day tasks include site analysis, developing design concepts, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution. The role involves participation in client meetings, assisting with cost estimates, and supporting construction documentation and on-site reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and project partners at the office and project locations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design, with the ability to develop creative and practical design solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping, including site analysis, layout planning, and integration of hardscape and softscape elements.
Candidates should possess skills in developing Planting Plans, with knowledge of plant species, local climate conditions, and maintenance requirements.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic graphic presentation tools.
Strong visual communication, technical drawing, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field; relevant professional experience in landscape projects is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
