Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shillong for cement professionals supporting plant, quality, and operations activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include monitoring cement production processes, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Professionals may assist in equipment checks, process optimization, and reporting production data to supervisors and management. The role can involve working with logistics and supply chain teams to support raw material handling, dispatch planning, and inventory control. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintaining efficient and reliable plant operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes, plant operations, and basic industrial safety practices.
