Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in the Mohali district. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation activities, and helping administer HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting recruitment logistics, and assisting in organizing employee engagement and wellness initiatives. The role also involves providing support in documenting HR processes, aiding in benefits-related queries, and preparing basic HR reports and presentations. The intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to support their communication and implementation.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and assisting with employee lifecycle processes.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort working with HR-related data and spreadsheets.
Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate in a team setting, and manage time effectively.
Interest in workplace health, safety, and wellness, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
