Field Sales Executive – Salon Onboarding

FastQue is a technology platform built for salons and beauty parlours to help them manage appointments, walk-ins, queues, staff and services digitally. We are expanding our salon network in Delhi/NCR and are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can meet salon owners, demonstrate FastQue and help them get onboarded.
Key Responsibilities
Visit salons and beauty parlours in the assigned area.
Meet salon owners and explain FastQue.
Give a simple mobile demonstration of the platform.
Help interested salons register and complete onboarding.
Assist in adding services, staff and basic salon information.
Follow up with leads and already-onboarded salons.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads and successful onboardings.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.
Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
Freshers can apply.
Previous field sales experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of the local Delhi/NCR market is preferred.
Two-wheeler is preferred for field travel.
Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives for successful salon onboarding.
About the Role
This is a field-based role. The executive will spend most of the working day visiting salons and beauty parlours rather than working from an office.
